ECC Annual Club Meeting 2026
When: Sunday 8th March 2026 | Location: Fééryland, France | Time: From 10:30 (Local Time) / 09:30 (UK Time)
Join us for our Annual Club Meeting, that time of year where we meet up together for a social, explore something off the beaten track, and enjoy another stellar finance update from David Ellis.
It’s your opportunity to learn about the future of European Coaster Club and put any questions you may have to our leadership team, plus be hosted by a park owner and learn about the fascinating history and development of Fééryland.
Our ACMs always prove great fun, and you might just learn something new about the ECC too. We hope to see you there!

Meet The Owner
Whilst the park (and rides!) will be closed, the owner Thierry Fééry has graciously agreed to host us and will be happy to talk to us about his interesting career in the amusement industry. Originally called Bal Park and owned by Hotel Bal just opposite, Thierry took over the park in 2016, added a number of new rollercoasters, and in 2023 remodelled it as a family destination, changing it’s name to Fééryland.
Before creating Fééryland, Thierry built his career in the world of entertainment as the long-time ringmaster and producer of the Grande Fête Lilloise du Cirque, in Lille, known for sourcing international acts and crafting high-quality shows. He also managed the Théâtre Sébastopol in Lille and later operated the Prestige Palace cabaret. In parallel, he owned and hosted programming on RDL Radio, establishing himself as a multifaceted showman and entrepreneur, and even presenting a weekly magazine show himself.

Extra Happiness?
For those who want an early-season coaster fix, worry not, for we will be hosting an informal meet-up at Plopsaland Belgium the day prior, Saturday 7th. Ride to Happiness remains in many enthusiasts’ Top 10s, and we’ll attempt an unofficial ride-takeover on it for park opening.
