Postage and Delivery Fees start from £6 for domestic UK Delivery (7 – 14 days) once payment has been received.

  • Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • Goods will be delivered Monday through to Saturday; excluding public holidays.
  • Goods will be delivered by Royal Mail / DHL
  • During busy periods orders can take up to 7 working days to process
  • Additional delays at peak times may be caused by Royal Mail, which is beyond our control. This can be up to 21 days.

Europe

Postage and Delivery Fees start from £7 for domestic delivery (7 – 14 days) once payment has been received.

  • Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • Goods will be delivered Monday through to Saturday; excluding public holidays.
  • Good will be delivered by Local Postal Providers / DHL

Worldwide

Postage and Delivery Fees start from £15 for domestic delivery (10 + Days) once payment has been received.

  • Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
  • Goods will be delivered Monday through to Saturday; excluding public holidays.
  • Good will be delivered by Local Postal Providers / DHL

Refunds & Returns

In addition to your legal rights, should you change your mind, we will happily provide an exchange or refund providing the following conditions are met:

  • The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase.
  • The item has not been used and is in original condition as purchased, including all packaging with original tags and labels attached.

Provided the conditions in our return policy have been met, a refund will be processed using the original form of payment.

Please note that delivery costs will be excluded from the refund amount unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (eg. they are faulty or not as ordered).

Standard delivery charges apply on re-delivery for online exchanges unless goods are exchanged in accordance with your statutory rights (eg. they are faulty or not as ordered).

Please note: all returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by European Coaster Club.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale / Clearance items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
